SOPRIS GROUP ANNOUNCES AFFILIATION WITH PERREAULT BIRMINGHAM GROUP
Sopris Group will expand coverage to Rocky Mountain Region

DENVER, CO., June 24, 2004 – The Sopris Group, a Denver-based marketing services firm, and the Perreault Birmingham Group (PBG), a west coast M&A advisory firm has announced that Sopris will be come an affiliate of PBG to provide support services and extend market coverage to include the Rocky Mountain Region.

Under the agreement, the Sopris Group will work with PBG on projects for clients looking for potential partners to merger with, or be acquired by, in order to further grow their business and provide a desired liquidity event for investors.   The Sopris Group will also represent PBG in the Rocky Mountain Region to acquire and support new clients for its services.
